Callie has a personality all her own. She’s quite an individual! My daughter took these photos out on the balcony (where Callie likes to hunt spiders and anything else that moves). She has an appetite for spider’s webs. We call it candy floss for cats (well for this one anyway). So, I thought I’d share them, and hopefully bring a bit of joy. I hope they make you smile and/or laugh out loud.

“What is this?”
“oh boy, is that what I think it is?”
“Hmmm let me have a taste . . .”
“Yum, yum, yum”
“I will bite it! Ooooh so fresh!”

Nothing like a snack of silky web in the morning!

  1. Oh my goodness these pictures are priceless . . . especially the last two. I love the narrative you provided. You must be part feline to know EXACTLY what she was thinking . . . except for the title as I doubt if Callie thinks she’s strange.

    1. No, actually she is a Ragdoll, but much smaller than most. Perhaps she was the runt of the litter? My niece was raising them and she was already two years old when she came to live with us. She has every single attribute of the breed. She’s extremely social and absolutely hates to be left alone for very long.

  2. What a great post! I love the pics of Callie. I needed a smile as I recover from a wicked virus/flu. This most certainly did it…thank you for that. I’m trying to emphasize the positive and what is more positive than a kitty? Stay well my friend. Sending warm wishes your way. ❤

  3. Thank you. With friends like you, how could I not hang in there? I have always appreciated how supportive you have always been. You are such a kind, and giving person. p.s. Give Callie a pat for me…um…or a chin rub…or a spider web. lol
